We at Reliable, as the name itself defines, always emphasize the satisfaction of our customers. In case of dissatisfaction, we are here to help you under the following terms: 


REFUND POLICY for the PARTNERS/EMPLOYERS

Refunds will be provided if the terms are not addressed on the services that are subscribed by the user as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the plan. Refund will only be provided if the reason provided for the refund is genuine and consistent as per our mentioned terms. It is compulsory to read all the details before any purchase. Buyers have to show a valid receipt of the purchase. Refunds will include 70% of the service charge. Convenience fees are non-refundable. 


REFUND POLICY for the CANDIDATES/ JOB SEEKERS

REFUND POLICY FOR ‘PREPAID’ SUBSCRIPTION PLANS: A 100% refund will be initiated if we are not able to provide the user any vacancy according to anyone of the ‘Suitable Vacancy Criteria’ provided by him/her within 45 days, provided the user does not apply in any vacancy in this duration.

REFUND POLICY for ‘PREMIUM POSTPAID’ SUBSCRIPTION PLANS: A 100% refund will be initiated if we are not able to provide the user any vacancy according to anyone of the ‘Suitable Vacancy Criteria’ provided by him/her within 45 days, provided the user does not apply in any vacancy in this duration. After you get selected and join the organization referred by us, Reliable Consultancy will charge you 4% (after 1% discount in original 5%) of your annual CTC (Cost to Company/ Annual Salary Package offered by the organization) as consultancy fee which can be paid within 1 months after joining and which is non refundable. After joining the organization referred by Reliable Consultancy, in case the organization relieves you of your services within 1 year without any negative or unethical involvement from your part, Reliable will provide you another opportunity in another organization. 


REFUND POLICY for ADD ONS:

(A) REFUND POLICY for ADD ONS of ‘PREPAID PLANS’: 


REFUND POLICY for ‘PREMIUM PROFILE SERVICE’: No refund in case of this add on service because as soon as the user pays for this service we start working for them and thus would have invested our valuable efforts for them. Hence, this add on service is non-cancellable or refundable in any case.

REFUND POLICY for ‘EPS’: A refund will be initiated if claimed within 48 hours of purchase and that too only if the user has not attempted any test by that time. Refunds will include only 70% of the price of this add on.

REFUND PROCESS

On receiving a refund request our team will start working on it. After investigation if the refund request is found valid under the terms and conditions, your refund will be initiated and it will be credited to you through the original mode/path of the payment. It will take 10-15 working days to reflect in your account as per your bank policies.
