Terms & Conditions for Prepaid Plans
In case you are not selected in the process of 5 opportunities back to back, you will be stopped from applying to more vacancies until you get our ‘Reliable Expert’ tag. In case of our ‘Reliable Expert’ tag you will be provided unlimited access to the processes in the suitable segments till your prepaid plan’s validity.
After job offer acceptance and confirming your joining date from your side to the organization, if you do not join the organization in the time frame approved by it then your all subscriptions will be terminated without any reimbursement .
In case you reject 2 job offers, your all subscriptions will be put on hold, which may be started again after discussion with us and valid reasons.
After joining, in case the organization relieves you of your services within 1 year without any negative or unethical involvement from your part, your all subscriptions will continue to work for the remaining respective time-period of the subscriptions however if again the same problem repeats in another organization, your all subscriptions will be suspended which may be started again after discussion with us and valid reasons. Further in case the organization removes you due to any unethical/ unprofessional/ negative involvement from your part and the same is reported by the organization, your all subscriptions will be terminated without any reimbursement.
In case of any type of unethical / unprofessional / negative part involvement from the candidate going against the work ethics during the subscription period, your all subscriptions will be terminated without any reimbursement.
Terms & Conditions for Premium Postpaid Plans
The company's name, contact information, and address of any vacancy will only be shared with you if your profile matches the requirements shared by the organization and that too after you have accepted T&C for that vacancy.

In case you reject 3 job offers without violating the pre-informed and accepted job criteria, your subscription will be terminated which may be restarted after discussion with us and valid reasons but then only for Prepaid Plan services.
In case you reject any job offer despite accepting the pre-informed job criteria, this will be considered an unprofessional act and your subscription will be terminated which may be restarted after discussion with us and valid reason but then only for Prepaid Plan services.
In case of any type of unethical / unprofessional / negative part involvement from the candidate going against the work ethics during the subscription period, your all subscriptions and other services can be terminated without any reimbursement.
Terms & Conditions for ‘Postpaid Plans’
If you have not purchased any subscription plan then by default your profile will be considered under ‘Postpaid plan’. In this plan after you get selected and join the organization referred by us, Reliable Consultancy will charge you as per the T&C accepted by you for that vacancy..
The company's name, contact information, and address of any vacancy will only be shared with you if your profile matches the requirements shared by the organization and that too after you have accepted T&C for that vacancy.
After job offer acceptance and confirming your joining date from your side to the organization, if you do not join the organization in the time frame approved by it then this will be considered act of unprofessionalism due to which we will stop services to you which may be restarted after discussion with us and valid reasons but then only for Prepaid Plan services.
In case you reject any job offer despite accepting the pre-informed job criteria then this will be considered an act of unprofessionalism.
